Shipping & Delivery


We offer various shipping options to dispatch your order, depending on its final destination. We will always endeavour to provide a same day dispatch, although this may not always be possible and is subject to stock availability and the time at which the order is received. Postal rates are based on the total weight of items purchased and the appropriate rate options will be displayed at the checkout. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or an established carrier on a tracked and signed for service.

Mainland UK, Scotland and N. Ireland

For deliveries up to 1kg

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Economy 2-3 days - £3.95

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Priority 1-2 days - £4.95 (order cut-off is 2pm Mon-Fri)

For deliveries up to 2kg

Buyers from outside the European Union: please note that any import tax and custom duties have to be paid by you and are not included in the selling price. If unsure, always check with your local authority. Please note that delivery lead times are to be used as a guideline only. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that could occur due to bank holidays, Christmas rush, weather conditions and/or any other special circumstances that could delay the delivery of your order. 

Royal Mail will generally hand deliveries over to the equivalent local delivery company in all overseas destinations and delays may also be incurred through them.

When placing an order with us, you will always receive a tracking number. To track and trace your order, simply visit the Royal Mail website at www.royalmail.com

Privacy & Security

Any deatils entered on our site when making a purchase will be kept confidential and not shared with others. However, we may use your contact details ourselves to advise you of other items that we feel could be of interest to you and to keep you updated on our organisation. You are able to unsubscribe from any of our mailings at any time.

Returns & Replacements

If you have received a faulty, incorrect or missing item, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you must inform us within 14 days, effective from the day you receive your order.  Please contact us within this time frame prior to sending anything back. Simply send an email to info@jst.org.uk stating: your name, address, order number & reason for returning the item. We will advise the correct address to return your item to. Please do not send to the JST office.

Returns must be:-

• Unused

• In as-new condition

• Preferably sent back in their original packaging to ensure maximum protection

• Sent back using a delivery service of your choice (preferably a recorded service).

Please note that you are responsible for the goods until the parcel reaches us.Please note that postal fees will not be refunded unless the wrong item was sent out or your product is defective. Refund or replacement will be processed within 3 working days after receiving your return.


To order, simply add the item that you like to your cart. You can create or use an existing account to process your payment.  If you do not have an account or do not wish to create one, you can also process your order as a guest.


We accept most debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Card.

Payment processing:  We process payments via SagePay, the UK's most recommended gateway provider.
